Happy Friday.
Today was a quiet day and didn’t even deliver any good pictures. We just hung out and visited a few stores. I shipped some souvenirs for my two boys back to Florida. Knowing the log ride ahead on Sunday, I will take the downtime.Tomorrow is the party that brought me up here.  Perhaps that will provide some suitable photo taking opportunities.

This was the big day that brought me to Canada. I’m late posting but I’m back dating the entry so that everything lines up in the Blog. You’ll understand why as you read the next few entries.
I went to Kempenfest with Dana and the kids in Barrie (http://www.kempenfest.com/). I got some pictures of Dana and her kids having an Oreo eating contest…. that was a hoot. I’m not much of an arts and crafts guy but there were a lot of nice and interesting things on display.It was a nice day but we ended up racing back to the car because we got a rainstorm that blew in out of nowhere. It reminded me of Florida because it only lasted a short time but was pretty severe. I had rode the bike so I could continue on to the party that was the

We are still on the move. My friend Daniel Krehling from Pennsylvania joined me today. It was the day from hell. It started out fine with the nice breakfast and a great ride back toward the states. I got about 20 miles from the border in Canada and got off the highway to get some fuel and on a side road I ended up with a flat tire on the rear of my bike. What a hassle. I ended up knocking on a the door of the nearest house and the homeowner was really nice and helpful. He drug a compressor out of his barn and took it all the way to the road to help

Hello everyone this is Daniel Krehling. I’ve joined up with Joe for this ride. My ride begins in Harrisburg, PA. I started out on Sunday morning about 7 am on a clear and sunny day.  I started out for my girlfriend Christines brothers house in Ferndale Michigan. The trip should have taken about 8  1/2 hours. It actually took 17. How? Well accident on the PA Turnpike 3 hours. Accident on the Ohio Turnpike another 3 hours. From there on out delay after delay. Finally got to Wayne and Kristis home

Well Monday we awoke and were still alive enough said. We were still worried about what kind of critters (bugs from the room) we may have picked up along the way. So far haven’t seen any. We had a plan for the day. Go to the Kawasaki dealer and get them working on the bike while we went for breakfast. Easy enough. So we got to the dealership and found that he fired his one and only mechanic the day before and might
